- The customer chooses the correct Unit for his/her needs based on a short quiz.
- We send the unit with detailed instructions and recommendations for installation on the customer's computer.
- The customer is issued a phone number and a secret code for use only in emergency.
- If the worst should happen, the customer can "call" the unit from anywhere in the world, enter the secret code, and completely destroy the computer through one of three methods.
